Rep. Day Launches New Website(www.StateRepDay.com)
JEFFERSON CITY – State Representative David Day (R-Dixon) announced today the launching of a new and redesigned website.  “This new site will hopefully be more user friendly and also has the flexibility to allow us to do some new things that I am sure people will like” Day said.  “This is just another attempt to better communicate with the people of the 148th District and help keep folks informed about what is going on in Jefferson City” Day continued.

The new site, which is located at www.StateRepDay.com will have the latest press releases and articles from Rep. Day, an online version of the District Directory, photos, and links for political, local, and kid’s websites.  There are also forms that can be downloaded to request a House Resolution for special events along with the ability to sign up to receive press releases and information via e-mail, and contact information for Rep. Day.  Plans are also in place for more frequent updates while the legislature is in session to better keep citizens informed. 

“I know there will be a few bugs to work out early so I hope everyone will be patient.  It is my goal to keep the site current so I hope people will bookmark www.StateRepDay.com and come back often.  It will also be a valuable tool for people wanting to find contact information for various governmental agencies locally, at the state level and the federal level.  I want people to consider this site theirs and hope they will let me know of content they would like to see added” concluded Day.

Rep. Day’s previous site will still be active and will have a link to be redirected to the new site.
