Good eye!
I can't believe I missed this one.

We had a bad experience here back in Feb.

It will be a while before we try it again.

It is a great place to get together and hang out with friends. The managers are great, very friendly and they are very active in going to tables and ensuring customers are taken care of and are having a good time. We had a friends going away party there and had a great time.

We still love going here and as far as lunch goes, you won't find a better buffet especially for the price. We have not been to the Wed. night bash but have heard it's a lot of fun with a good atmosphere. The service and food are always great whenever we go.

We love Peppers!  The staff is super friendly and really takes care of you.  The food is even better.  And be prepared to bring home leftovers, HUGE plates!

I brought my 16 y/o daughter tonight (around 8 pm), and they had a seafood buffet. The smoking section/bar area had a lot of people, not so many in the nonsmoking area at all. There's a pool table and trivia network in the smoking/bar area, and also an outdoor patio area that isn't much used, but would be excellent on a nice day for family dining.

We went there last week for the first time.  Service was pretty good...we both ordered the house special steak...I like mine well w/no pink and it was still tender and cooked well...hubby likes his med and should have asked for med well b/c it was a little too undercooked.  But both of us liked the food...We missed the 10c wings by about an hour...but still liked them!

They said they don't have the 10cent wings anymore.  Went there this past Wed and they are 25 cents.

It changes every day but often fried chicken, meat loaf, chicken fried steak (but I think they call it something different), rolls, mashed potatoes, gravy, and other veggies and sometimes other types of meats. It is very good and the service is excellent. I am a little paranoid of buffets during flu and cold season but my husband have lunch there often and I love the steak sandwich that's on the menu. Plus they have daily lunch specials for those who don't want what is on the buffet.

We went there the other day and the food wasn't that great.  Mine tasted like it had been sitting there a while and hubbie said his was awful.  Everything seemed overcooked or soggy.
Maybe it isn't a lunch time place?????

I guess it wasn't Jackie or Missi that we saw deal with a large family/group awhile back then.  It was an older man.  The large group (looked like 2 big families) were seated behind us.  They waited FOREVER for their food and it wasn't that crowded or busy at the time.  When they finally got their food it wasn't even hot.  They tried to get the man to come over and look at the food... they really were trying to maintain their cool but the rep. from Pepper's wasn't that friendly or polite.  He refused to give them a discount.  Refused anything to try to make it right by the group.  He demanded payment in full even though it was OBVIOUS that the group didn't eat their food.  The husbands refused to pay for the food and I don't know how they got it resolved.
It was an ugly mess for sure.  The server was not helpful.  The man from Peppers was rude...and we were THIS close to getting up and leaving.  We saw how they were treated and it left us with a very negative feeling regarding this restaurant.
Of course this was the FIRST time that we had been back in MONTHS to this establishment after a dismal outing there on prior experiences.  Again... I'm just not feeling the place.  Service left much to be desired although our food on this outing was at least palatable.
They NEED to really really work on their customer service BIGTIME.  This family group really got shafted ..and we saw everything play out.  They didn't deserve the treatment that they got.

yeah whatever~*
