Heart Shaped Cake
« on: January 25, 2009, 03:57:08 PM »
I make one of these for Valentines Day for the grandkids every year.  Just use 8 or 9 inch pans whatever you have. One round pan and one square pan. Using a regular box cake mix, I separate the batter between the two pans and bake as directed. Cool, then cut the round cake in half and place it on two sides of the square cake making the heart shape.  Frost the cake and decorate .

I couldn't figure out how to post a picture of the heart cake I made for the grandkids so I made my avatar it. Happy valentines Day.

At the bottom of the text box of your message click on additional options. Then browse your computer to attach pictures.  :wink1a:
