I have just canned My fresh Salsa . If you like Fresh Salsa, with Tomatoes,garlic,cilantro,and southwestern spices. This is really good ,it' my 8th year of making it, and goes fast.
They make great gifts.
We sell it by the Quart $8.00 Mild ,Medium, and Hot
We have Preserves for $8.00 a pint. Blueberry,Strawberry and White Grape.

Fresh, as in Fresh Vege's. Mine is not hunkered down with a bunch of heavy paste or  sauces. It's Lite, and had a very fresh taste!
