No Power to Monitor

I woke this morning and my computer was off. I tried to turn it on but there no power to it or my printer. I assume it has to do with the storm last night but it was on a surge protector. My monitor has power but nothing else. I googled it and it sounds like it could be the PSU. Anyone have any experience with this, or recommend a computer repair shop?
