Some people are like Slinkies... Not really good for anything, but they still bring a smile to your face when you push them down a flight of stairs.

Yes it looks cute. You just don't get your money's worth. I won't go back. I hate paying that much for my children to eat. Besides that, my server looked like she had been dragged out of the dumpster out back.

I ate at this place on Sunday with two of my friends.

The food was alright this time around... but the service was terrible.  The waitress acted as though we were inconveniencing her by being customers.

I echo these sentiments ^^.  The waitress had the hardcore goth or punk look going on - she snubbed her cigarette and dismissed herself from a crowd of 4 or 5 guys to come take our orders, and her demeanor said "I would like you to go away".  We did - my family and I walked out.

Believe it or not, I went there the first week they opened and got the same treatment, and they had the music up SO LOUD we couldn't hear to converse over breakfast...asked them to turn it down a little and the girl (at the time) said, she didn't know how, and went back to talking with her friends.  We were the only customers.  We didn't walk out, but never went back.  That place is strictly for folks pulling off the highway to eat, be disappointed and be on their way and never have to go there again.
....and that night as the moon crossed the mountain, one more Coyote was heard...

I think their main problem is lack of help. I ate there with my kids last week and the place was packed and they only had the one waitress who looked exhausted and frazzled. It took almost 30 minutes for her to get our drink order and another 20 for our food order. An hour later we got our food. It looked to me that there was only 3 people working...the cook the waitress and a cleanup lady. I like the food but refrain from going there because of the lack of service. The people that run it are good folks. I just think they need more help .

Interstate traffic.  Out of town military graduation traffic... etc.  People from out of town obviously would have never been here or heard about this place prior... sooo...

I think their main problem is lack of proper management.
