That isn't quite as bad on the price...  good that you posted that link for a prospective buyer....  good idea on the waterproofing...   I saw  a pergola styled one that I really was interested in but most likely will just build one ourselves....   I think that the covers that come with some of those frames are sooooo lightweight and prone to tearing easily....   but the styling is so cute!  Hope you sell it soon...  have you put it on bookoo yet?  They aren't open on Sundays but it is free to list as well...
