Arrest Possession of Burglary Tools and Theft/Stealing Over $500

On April 8, 2012, at approximately 2:37pm a Pulaski County deputy was sent to an address of 30175 Seminole Road, Laquey, Missouri, for a report of suspicious activity. Upon arrival at the scene the deputy was approached by a neighbor who stated several subjects in a red Dodge pickup had cut the lock off a gate and entered onto the property. The neighbor stated nobody was supposed to be on the property.
As the deputy entered the property she noted the presence of two large no trespassing signs on the poles that supported the gate. A chain and padlock that was attached to the gate had been cut open. The deputy arrived at the home on the property and found three subjects, two males and one female, trying to pull an aluminum camping trailer out of the mud near the home. The on scene investigation lasted for a period of time before the deputy placed all three suspects under arrest and had them taken to the Pulaski County Jail on a 24-hour hold.
A statement of probable cause was sent to the Pulaski County Prosecutor for consideration of charges for this incident. The prosecutor filed the same two charges on each of the three subjects. The charges were; possession of burglary tools, a class D felony, and theft/stealing over $500 but less than $25,000, a class C felony, on Jessica Hunter, age 30, of 26400 Stone Road, Richland, Missouri, Anthony Reyes, age 30, of 26400 Stone Road, Richland, Missouri and Dale Thomas Kinworthy, age 62, of 26400 Stone Road, Richland, Missouri.
The bond on all three subjects was set at $10,000 and at this time all three are held in the Pulaski County Jail pending the posting of bond or other action by the Pulaski County Circuit Court.
