Cold Salad

I've made this a couple times and it's so good and keeps well in the fridge. We are trying to eat more fresh vegetables and stay low-carb:
Mix following with dressing (Below):
1 head broccoli in bite size pieces
1 head cauliflower in bite size pieces
1 small red onion (I use less) cut in quarter pieces (not chopped small)
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
5-6 slices crisp bacon crumbled
Mix Dressing:
1/2 cup sour cream
1/2 cup mayo
2 tbs sugar
2 tbs vinegar
Refrigerate and enjoy...so good!
