And another judge will find it against the law like the one in California and stop it. Judges ruling against the peoples votes, the senate can't even vote for a budget in 3 years and the president not even using congress. We got problems.

there was already a ban in nc. this ammendment makes it harder to overturn. it passed by a much bigger margin than in clifornia. pretty good chance it will be left alone. nobama and the bufget! The only approved budget nobama has had is the one passed by congress inW's last year in office. hopefully a positive change will take place in nov.
