  • Valor7: Actually no it is not, a dependable Revenue stream will not come on line until the 4th quarter of 2017 so 2018 budget will be up in the air, not quite sure what they will have. By 2019 budget all will be well.

  • Valor7: I could have worded that better, we talked details, options, the pros and cons of each, in  order to arrive at the best ballot language to present to the voters. Hope that makes this clearer.

  • Valor7: Yes and no. We talked details and options until we were blue in the face but I never heardbring it over, it was always the time was not right for the issue to pass. Glad to see the time in now right and I for one shall vote yes on the ballot. I would urge all others to do the sameour county is busting at the seams crimewise and no matter how many bad guys we send off there always seems to someone to replace them. The Sheriff's Office needs the help.

Went to visit some friends in Richland yesterday and they took us to Simple Pleasures cafe in town.  It was wonderful!  Plenty of food on the plate, great prices and a great atmosphere.  We had 4 adults and a child in our party we all ate, had sodas and 2 ice creams for $30.  We'll definately go there again!!!!

Do you know the hours they are open?  Can they post a menu?  That's Pulaski County isn't it?  I want to go tonight.
....and that night as the moon crossed the mountain, one more Coyote was heard...

You're lucky you got waited on at all. We tried them several times since they opened and have never had the entire order completed correctly. Haven't been back in a year.

Unfortunately another one that is taken off our list...We had a great experience about a month ago. We went there coming back from LORA and it was really good. We went back last weekend and should have known better, when we saw the sign "Cook wanted" in the window. Every single item that we had ordered (4 adults, 2 children) was out of a package. Even the rolls and the portions were a lot smaller than last time. It tasted more like hospital food than anything else and we are not going back, even though we were going crazy over the fried green beans (which according to the waitress also come prepacked). God I hate that, when you like a place and tell everybody and then go back and notice it isn't all that great anymore....seems to happen a lot lately.

My daughter and I went there yesterday.  She had a burger of course, I had the grilled chicken salad.  Now I did ask if it was fresh lettuce or bagged before ordering because I have a great dislike for bagged lettuce.  Anyway it was not bagged and that was one of the best salads I have ever had.  Don't know why but it tasted really good.  Service was good.  We had ice cream on the way out, butter pecan, yum.
When I was young, I wanted to be older.  This is not what I expected!
